All orders are shipped on the 20th day of each calendar month, regardless of the date of purchase.

If the 20th falls on a weekend or public holiday, orders will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed after the shipping cut-off for the month will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping date (the 20th of the following month).

This fixed shipping schedule allows us to ensure consistent quality, packaging standards, and fulfillment across all orders.

International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
