1. Products

BoundedInInk sells book subscription boxes and stationery items. Each box may contain exclusive or limited-edition items. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from actual contents.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

3. Prices

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Payments

We accept secure payment via Stripe and PayPal. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped on the 20th of each month (see Shipping Policy). You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy. All returns are subject to our approval and Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, and branding are owned by or licensed to BoundedInInk. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
