Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love every BoundedInInk box. If something goes wrong, we're here to help!
1. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of subscription boxes and limited-edition items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if we have given you multiple of the same product PLEASE email us as soon as possible to assist.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infosupport@boundedinink.com with photos of the damage. We will:
Replace the item, or
Offer a refund, depending on stock availability
3. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your box, notify us within 7 days. We will send a replacement or a partial refund where applicable.
4. Consumer Guarantees
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy.
All products will be direct debited on the 1st of every month and shipped by the 20th. Estimated shipping times are available under more information on the website.
Depending on special editions some products may be shipped out faster than others.
